Privacy Policy

Jeremy collects only what is strictly necessary for its features to function:

• User IDs — to associate AFK statuses, reminders, reputation, and warnings with the correct user.
• Server IDs — to store per-server configurations like autorole, logging, starboard, and welcome messages.
• Message content — only when a command is invoked or when Jeremy's AI channel is active. Message content is processed and not permanently stored.
• Role IDs and Channel IDs — to apply autorole, logging, reaction roles, and other server configuration features.
• Timestamps — for AFK tracking, reminders, giveaways, and reputation history.

Jeremy does not collect email addresses, IP addresses, payment information, or any data outside of Discord's platform.

All data collected is used exclusively to operate Jeremy's features:

• Delivering reminders, AFK notifications, and giveaway results to the correct users.
• Applying server configurations like autorole, logging modules, and welcome messages.
• Powering Jeremy's AI responses via the Gemini API — prompts are sent to Google's API and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Tracking reputation scores, warning histories, and starboard entries per server.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose outside of making Jeremy work correctly.

Data is retained for as long as Jeremy is active in your server or as long as a user's data is relevant to active features.

• Reminder data is deleted automatically once the reminder fires.
• AFK data is cleared when the user sends a message after being AFK.
• Server configuration data (autorole, logging, etc.) persists until manually cleared or until Jeremy is removed from the server.
• Reputation and warning history persists until manually cleared by a server administrator.

When Jeremy is removed from a server, we may retain server configuration data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, in case of re-addition.

Jeremy does not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.

The only external service Jeremy interacts with is the Google Gemini API for AI responses. When you send a message in Jeremy's configured AI channel, the message content is forwarded to Google's API to generate a response. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

No other data leaves Jeremy's infrastructure under any circumstances.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of all data Jeremy holds about you or your server.
• Request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the support server.
• Opt out of the AI feature by asking your server administrator to disable Jeremy's AI channel.

Data deletion requests are processed within 7 days. To submit a request, join our support server and open a ticket.

Jeremy's data is stored locally in JSON files on Raid NXT's infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized developers only.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, affected parties will be notified via the support server as soon as possible.

Jeremy is intended for use on Discord, which requires users to be at least 13 years of age. Jeremy does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

If you believe a user under 13 has interacted with Jeremy and their data has been stored, please contact us immediately via the support server.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in Jeremy's features or legal requirements. When updated, the "Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be changed.

Continued use of Jeremy after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Major changes will be announced in the support server.
