Jeremy is intended for use on Discord servers. To use Jeremy, you must:

• Comply with Discord's own Terms of Service at all times.
• Be at least 13 years of age, as required by Discord.
• Have the authority to add bots to any server where you install Jeremy.

By using Jeremy, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Jeremy is provided as a free service to help Discord communities. You may use Jeremy to:

• Moderate your server using Jeremy's moderation commands.
• Set up automation features like autorole, welcome messages, and logging.
• Engage your community with giveaways, reputation systems, and interaction commands.
• Use Jeremy's AI features for general conversation and server engagement.

Server administrators are responsible for ensuring Jeremy is used appropriately within their communities.

You may not use Jeremy to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other Discord users.
• Distribute illegal content, hate speech, or content that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt Jeremy's functionality.
• Spam commands in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• Use Jeremy's AI channel to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Impersonate Raid NXT staff or claim false authority over Jeremy.

Violation of these rules may result in your server or account being permanently blocked from using Jeremy.

Jeremy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.

Jeremy may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by downtime.

Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

Jeremy's AI functionality is powered by Google's Gemini API. By using Jeremy's AI channel, you acknowledge that:

• Messages sent in the AI channel are forwarded to Google's Gemini API for processing.
• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
• Raid NXT is not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses.
• You must not use the AI feature to attempt to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

Server administrators can disable the AI feature at any time using the /ai disable command.

Raid NXT reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to Jeremy for any server or user that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice.

You may also remove Jeremy from your server at any time. Upon removal, your server's configuration data will be retained for up to 30 days before deletion, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raid NXT and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jeremy.

This includes but is not limited to data loss, server disruption, moderation errors, or any actions taken by Jeremy's automated systems.

Jeremy is a free service provided in good faith. Use it at your own discretion.

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. When updated, the "Reviewed" date at the top of this page will reflect the change.

Continued use of Jeremy after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced in the support server.
